LEXINGTON, MA, June 23, 2005 – Pepper Computer, Inc., today announced that it has signed an agreement with Decisionmark Corp. to offer that company's TitanTV electronic program guide (EPG) on the Pepper Pad, a complement to the Pad's remote control capabilities. The agreement will provide Pepper Pad users with the most comprehensive listings of TV programming available -- in the same device they can use to control their televisions, digital video recorders and DVD players.

The Pepper Pad, available through Amazon.com at $799.99, is the first portable wireless device that gives consumers instant Internet and digital media while also controlling other in-home devices. The Pepper Pad's tightly integrated hardware, software and services make it hassle-free and convenient to use and own. It provides, in a lightweight, ruggedized package: Mozilla-based Web browsing; AOL instant messaging, and e-mail; and collecting, organizing and sharing videos, music and photos. With its infrared (IR) capabilities, TV and stereo remote controls are integrated into the system, as well.

TitanTV is the only real-time household-level online programming guide available to consumers. It provides household-specific program listings of all sources of programming, whether off-air, cable, or satellite, with high-definition programs highlighted. TitanTV allows viewers to sort, filter, customize and search listings with unmatched ease. On the Pepper Pad, the listings information is available through the Pad's built-in Wi-Fi.
