Can I play iTunes on my Pepper Pad?

Currently, the Pepper Pad only supports only MP3 files.

Can I listen to internet radio stations?

The Pepper Pad currently supports radio streams that are in the M3U and PLS list formats. The Radio application contains a variety of pre-set stations.

Can I watch a movie on a Pepper Pad?

You can watch MPEG-2, MPEG-4, AVI movie and video files on the Pepper Pad.

Where can I get additional software for my Pepper Pad?

Additional software is available from www.pepper.com.

How do I get my photos, music, videos and other content onto my Pepper Pad:

There are several ways to get your stuff onto your Pepper Pad: from a USB or SD card, syncing between your Pepper Desktop on your PC and the Pepper Pad, or downloading files directly from the web.

Where do I get the Pepper Desktop software?

The Pepper Desktop runs on a Windows computer (with a Mac version currently in development) and contains the same applications as the Pepper Pad. You can use the Pepper Desktop program as a backup for your Pepper Pad and as a source of music, photos and videos for your pad. You can download the installer for the Pepper Desktop software here:

How much does the Pepper Desktop software cost?

The Pepper Desktop software is a free download.

What types of e-mail accounts are supported?

The E-mail application supports POP3, IMAP4 and AOL Inbox support.

What remote control software does the Pepper Pad use?

We use Pepper's own infrared software.

Does the Pepper Pad have an extensive pre-programmed IR database? 

We have built-in support for a number of popular DVD, CD, Receivers, TVs, and Set top boxes. 

Does the Pepper Pad learn commands not included in the database?

The Pepper Pad can learn commands from other remote controls.

Does the Pepper Pad support advanced macros to control several devices in a home theater environment with ease?

Macros are not supported in this release of the Pepper Pad.  However, this capability will be added in an automatic upgrade available in the near future.
